What is the SIE CoLab?
We’re a global hybrid social enterprise grounded in the principles of social innovation & entrepreneurship (SIE).
We work closely with forward thinking individuals, organizations, and communities/networks interested in generating powerful, regenerative, and distributive impact.

Through a transformational systems change co-design, "compounding" framework, we help client-partners transform mental models and bridge long-standing boundaries that have separated disciplines, sectors, and underlying value propositions in order to realize the promise of human potential.
To me, the SIE CoLab is a community of fellow changemakers from all disciplines and backgrounds.

It is a team of inspirational leaders, it is a passion incubator, an opportunity generator, a perspective shift, and it is a toolkit to make your ideas a reality.

Most importantly, it is a human-centered adaptive framework for systems change,
with limitless potential.

Our Mission
is to help individuals, organizations, and communities address the urgent, complex challenges of our times by reimagining and redesigning our systems in service to
a world in balance that works for everyone.
Who We Are
We're a diverse, intergenerational team of adaptive changemakers that has come together to help individuals, organizations, and communities address the urgent, complex challenges of our times by reimagining and redesigning our systems in service to a world in balance that works for everyone.
Our team is comprised of individuals who each represent one or more of the SIE CoLab’s Seven Adaptive Changemaker Archetypes.
Each Archetype brings a unique set of attributes and ways of knowing that are essential to the process of transformational systems change.
Collectively, they represent the promise of adaptive leadership and human potential.
